Retinal Photography
A high-resolution photograph of the back of the eye — the retina, optic nerve, and blood vessels — giving us a detailed record to compare from visit to visit.
OCT Imaging
OCT, or Optical Coherence Tomography, provides highly detailed cross-sectional images of the retina and optic nerve. This technology helps us detect and monitor conditions such as glaucoma, macular degeneration, diabetic eye disease, and other retinal changes with greater precision.
RetinaLogik Virtual Reality Visual Field Testing
With RetinaLogik, visual field testing is performed using a comfortable virtual reality headset. This allows us to assess your peripheral vision and monitor conditions such as glaucoma, neurological concerns, and other changes that may affect the visual pathway.
Meet Dr. Kristyn Pozzer
Dr. Pozzer earned both her Honours Science degree and Doctor of Optometry from the University of Waterloo and has been practising for more than fifteen years.
She provides comprehensive eye care for patients of all ages, with particular interests in dry eye, myopia management, binocular vision, and the diagnosis and management of ocular health conditions such as glaucoma, macular degeneration, and diabetic retinopathy.
Dr. Pozzer's approach to care is thorough, unhurried, and personal. She takes the time to listen closely, understand each patient's concerns, and walk them through their exam results so they feel informed and involved in their care.
